Categories of Products

I Have 10 categories of Products and every category have 20 types of item. How can i insert them as per category? i am not going to use its division as default.

You can use custom fields. We use them for item category, brand, and part number.

1. Go to: Settings>Custom Fields>Multiple Value Custom Fields and create one named Category and list each of the 10 categories and assign them to inventory and non-inventory items for example (I only added 3 categories here but you can add as many as you like):

2. Create and inventory item as follows:
   

   

3. Edit columns for the inventory tab and enable the custom field Category as below
