Can't complete bank reconciliation

I’m trying to reconcile the account but Manager says some transactions were not entered correctly. I have double checked with statement, the transactions are correct. What could be causing this. Eg the net closing balance is R 1437 and net transaction is R63 and the system won’t reconcile it

Can you show the screenshot of the screen you are stuck at during bank reconciliation process? You can blur sensitive information if applicable.
