What versions is on your managers computer and is her version still working ok
I have unistalled both managers on her computer and mine and downloaded and installed the version that Koroko has suggested.But the error still remains when I want to add a cash sale to my Petty cash Account.E.G - I tried to add a coffee and as soon as I say update the error pops up.I have sent an email to bugs@manager.io with screen Shots attached.
Yes her version is fine and she can update and add item - but I can’t.
Ok, so which version is she on
version 17.4.0 and so am I.

Ok, so create a new backup on the managers computer and then open that backup on your computer.
The backup will be created with a date/time stamp and will open up with that the exact same name.
I should add, just open and see if everything is ok - don’t do any transactions.
