Cannot make a pdf of general ledger transactions from a whole year

Hello,

I want to make a pdf report of whole 2025 of the general ledger transactions.

When I click on pdf, nothing happens. The save as pdf box doesn’t appear.

When I try to make a pdf of less months, for example 01-01 til 01-04 the save pdf box appears.

My accountant needs one pdf with all ledger transactions in one pdf and not spread over (in this ccase) three separate pdf reports.

How can I save everything to one pdf?

Please provide more info:

  1. Edition of Manager, i.e. Desktop, Cloud or Server

  2. Version number of Manager

  3. OS and browser you use

  4. Screenshots illustrating these two parts:

I am using the Cloud Version 26.3.6.3190 and it works for me.

I think the problem may be the size of the resulting pdf

How many transactions are talking about?

Hi,

  1. Desktop version.
  2. 26.2.13.3181
  3. mac os
  4. so when I try to click on pdf for the full year or a bit more than half a year the load icon at the mouse pointer appears very short and then nothing happens. With smaller period, in this case 4 months it just works.

I think the problem lays with the amount of transactions, because 4 months works. But last year I was just able to export a whole year, so maybe a bug in the version I am using?

Also tried the newest version on another desktop (this time windows) and there I can also not export the whole year.

Copy link of your report and open in browser. Then use Print view and save as Pdf.

And how do I copy the link. There is no link to the report? At the bottom of the report I can click on copy to clipboard. For now I did this and copied everything to an excel sheet.

Just right click on the view button of report or any button. Then copy link and paste into browser.
