Cannot create Trial Balance

I have not yet done my year-end for 30/06/2014 and wanted to print Reports first. I am able to create Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and General Ledger Transactions & Summary but when I go to “New Report” - put in the start and finish dates and click “create” the page changes back to “New Report” What I am I doing wrong?

I’m able to create new Trial Balance report without any issues. What version of Manager are you using? See if the latest makes any difference.

Thanks Lubos, I am using v 14.5.10. I see latest version is 14.7.32. How do I install and keep my data?

Data will be automatically visible in new version.
