Can invoices be automatically transferred to journal or vice versa?

Entry into invoice and again in journal is tedious. can invoice entry can be imported into or exported to journal entries.

You should not be entering a sales invoice again as a journal entry. Entering the sales invoice records the necessary debits and credits to appropriate accounts. Manager is designed so very few transactions need to be recorded as journal entries.
