Invoices vs Journal Entries

I’m new to Accounting and also Manager.

I have a question, Does the journal entry are automatically recorded when I do the transaction i.e. Purchase Invoice or Sale Invoice Transaction?

Yes. invoices and all other transactions will have effect on balances in general ledger just like journal entries do. That’s the whole point of an integrated accounting software so while you are invoicing your customers, you are also running double-entry accounting system as a side-effect without thinking about it.
