Bug in budget?

when you create a budget, and try to view it it shows percentage on the right hand. but the percentage appears only in income accounts but it does not appear in expence accounts, it shows a dash sign instead of how much percantage in that account

i am using manager desktop in windows ten and manager version 19.12.10

You have entered the budgeted expenses with the wrong sign - you have to enter -5,000,000 for Stationaries and not 5,000,000

Once you do that, the % will be shown
