Billing with in the company

Hi ,

Our company has four divisions, Shipping & Logistics, FMCG, Sports & Events & Office stationery. our company will have Internal billing. Does Manager.io have the facility to take internal billings within divisions?.

Hello,

If you mean dedicated feature then no, However, there’s nothing stopping the user from creating a setup where this can be achieved.

For, example, you can create a Balance sheet group to hold two control accounts: 1 for Cusotmers and another for Suppliers which in turn will hold a virtual supplier and virtual customer accounts for internal billing purposes.

For this to work, you just have to copy every internal sales invoice to an internal purchase invoice.

I hope that this isn’t too much work for your case.
