Batch Update Undo button fails to revert changes after confirmation (Screenshots attached)

Hello Manager Support and Forum Community,

I am facing a critical issue where the Undo button in the History (Audit Trail) log is not responding, making it impossible to revert an accidental batch update.

Here are the details of what happened:

  1. As shown in image_cfee3b.png, a large batch update was performed on the Customer tab on 25-06-2026 02:24:00 PM by the admin user.

  2. The exact modifications (such as changing customer names/adding codes) can be clearly seen in the history details (image_cfee23.png).

  3. I located the red Undo button at the bottom left of the screen, as shown in image_cfee1e.png and image_cfee20.png.

  4. When I click the Undo button, the browser correctly prompts me with the confirmation pop-up “Are you sure?” (image_cfee04.png). However, after clicking OK (حسناً), nothing happens. The system completely fails to process the rollback, and the incorrect data remains saved.

Since this was a massive batch update involving more than 100 pages of data (as indicated by the 1 / 102 pagination), manually correcting this row by row is not feasible. Unfortunately, I do not have a recent backup file created right before this batch operation.

Could you please advise why the system confirms the action but fails to execute the actual Undo function? Is there a known database or timeout issue with large batch rollbacks, and how can I force this reversal?

Thank you for your prompt help.

Hello @Ali_Ah,

As far as my experience with Manager goes, this could only mean one thing and that is that one or more of transactions under this batch had been updated, deleted or referred to by another transaction after the batch operation.

You need to identify these transactions, you must first undo the subsequent changes, only then the batch action can be undone.

Alternatively, if you want to undo a Batch Create operation and there are subsequent changes stopping you, you can opt for Batch Delete instead, in case you don’t want to be auditing subsequent changes.
