Restore the transaction history (unable to undo)

Hi All,

Good day, I have a problem that occurred while updating the batch operation for bank rules. Not sure what happened that all the customer name listed in a batch create was missing.

I have tried to go to history and clicked UNDO button. However, it seems not to avail. Can anyone assist me how could I restore the data as before deleted?

This is the screenshoot from my history tab. I have clicked UNDO button many times, but seems the data not revert to the previous. Thanks

Please post a screen shot of the History listing itself, not the View of a single action.
