I am trying to impot my bank information but there is no import option, why? I set the start date and the opening balance is zero

If no button appears, you did not designate the cash account as being maintained by a financial institution. See this Guide: Set up a cash account | Manager.

Post a screen shot of your Cash Accounts register. Obscure the amounts if you want for privacy:
Then post a screen shot of the edit screen for the bank account in question.:
Then go back to the main listing of cash accounts and click on Cleared balance for the bank account and post a screen shot of the result:
