Bank statement import - reference

Hi,

I have used the reference field for certain type of mis. bank statement Data has been imported but i am not in a position to query using custom report

You need to explain your post in more detail. What reference field? Query what?

this is import of bank statement, it has reference field, where i have populated some data. Now i am trying to create a custom report using this field as a condition. But i could not find this field in bank account table

That is because it is a reference for payments, not bank accounts.
