I am uploading the excel bank statement for bank reconciliation but facing the error to upload a file. please address.
the file you are trying to upload is not of the acceptable format.
most probably you have downloaded the statement in plain excel format instead of the csv format.
Or have you actually selected a file - the error message says “No file chosen”
