Bank Statement not importing

You need to describe the circumstances more completely. Exactly when do you get this error message? What did you do that triggered it?

If i choose the bank select the csv format file, and click next the message above appears HTTP 500 Internal server error

Are you following the instructions in this Guide: Manager Cloud? In particular, is your CSV file formatted as described. If your bank offers any other file format, try that. CSV files are the ones with the most problems.
