Bank Reconciliation Statements

Manager.io is a fantastic product. Well done!

Can you please advise how to view Bank Reconciliation Statements in V24.11.11.1937. I am unable to locate in Reports or Bank Reconciliation Tabs.

You will need to “Enable” Bank Reconciliations using “Customize” (link is below all the tabs on the left). You can then create and view the reconciliation results, which is just stating the closing balance with a “Reconciled” stamp to show it was completed.

Many thanks for your prompt reply.

My Bank Reconciliation is enabled in customise and I use it to reconcile bank statement which is great feature. After reconciliation I see closing balance with a “Reconciled” stamp to show it was completed.

I was looking for a full statement showing all reconciliations as per bank statements vs single line “completed” (reconciled)

Manager does not have that and in essence it is not needed because the primary goal of reconciliation is to ensure that the recorded transactions match those of the bank statement and to confirm that the final balance is correct. The reconciled label serves as confirmation that this process has been completed accurately, which is often all that is required for reporting purposes.

For Audit purposes you may need to provide additional reports such as the General Ledger Transactions Reports and copies of the actual bank statements.
