Bank account opening balance not reflected under Cash at bank

I created two bank accounts but they do not show up under cash at bank. I entered opening balances via a journal entry and they are not taken into account for my bank accounts. How do I fix.

No idea why. You can send your file to support@manager.io to see why it would be.

But why setting up opening balances through journal entries? You can use Opening balances module in Manager, see Guides | Manager

Thanks for responding. I did find the opening balance option and used it for the recalcitrant bank account and now everything seems fine.

Could you let me know where this information can be found to add a bank account balance as the above link just takes me to the main menu.
