Hi
Can someone tell me how to produce a Balance Sheet in the following format in Manager
If there are several bank accounts under Current assets I would like them to be displayed individually and then totalled.

Hi, Your pro forma balance sheet is very standard and a bit out of touch with modern reporting. What seems to be the problem by using the layout produced with Manager?
It is possible to copy the Manager output to excel and modify the components according to your taste.
Hi @peterpa one way to achieve a list of individual bank accounts and totalled in manager’s balance sheet is to use ‘Control Accounts’.
So simply navigate to Settings>Control Accounts> Bank and Cash Accounts and create individual accounts here and then link them under the ‘Bank and Cash Accounts’ menu.
Hope this helps.
Thanks PFive - only issue now is how to have the Bank accounts totalled as follows:
Bank Account 1 $ 100.00
Bank Account 2 $ 200.00
Bank Account 3 $ 150.00 $450.00
------------
Go to Settings → Chart of Accounts and create a Bank Accounts Group (under Assets)and place the 3 bank accounts in this group.
@peterpa as AJD’s response…
