Backup process changed again?

Originally you clicked on the backup button in the cloud edition when in your business file. Later that only produced a reduced backup and there was a separate link to get a full backup by going to the link https://cloud.manager.io/download-backup. When I go to that link now I get “cloud.manager.io: Handler not found” whatever that means. How I am able to download and store offline a full backup now?
