Backup disappeared?

Maybe I am getting old, but there used to be a “Backup” button at the home page, which seems to be gone?!?

You can click “Local Storage”, then “Add Business” and select “Import from Cloud Storage”. This will backup your file onto your local computer

Wasn’t it in the past, that local storage was not “for free”?
