Hi,
Now Gdrive has a new option called “Backup and sync”
You can find it on left side as “Computer” under My drive.
Try this option which will keep back up of selected folder from the computer(Im using Windows 10).
I didnt tried with manager application folder but you can try it.
TAKE BACKUP OF YOUR ACCOUNTS FROM MANAGER AND THEN TRY IT.
Please don’t divert topics. I moved your post here because it had nothing to do with changing the application data folder location. It would have just confused the discussion.

i thought they all wanted to move application folder to backup their files using Gdrive
