Is it possible to edit the auto search/fill feature so that when filling in a customer name to record a payment inactive customer names no longer appear as choices?
Inactive customers shouldn’t show in the list. Where do you see it?
In the receive money window, when entering a name in the Payer field, inactive names still appear in the selection list.
I think you misunderstand what is happening. When using Spend Money or Receive Money, the suggested auto-completions do not come from the Customer list, so making a customer inactive has no effect. These are just recently entered Payers or Payees.
So is it possible to delete the ones that I no longer use as I can from an email auto-complete list?
