Auto-Generate Employee Payroll Rate

Hi.

I’m processing a payroll every Saturday and due to a number of employees, I can’t memorized their respective rates and I have to get my notes to see the rates. Now I’m thinking if we can add a new RATE field in adding a new Employee on Manager. So that every time we select or enter the employee in the Payroll, the rate will automatically generated in the field.

I looked forward to this matter.

If you go to Settings -> Recurring Payslips, you can set up the payslips for each employee, and set them up to process weekly.

Alternatively, you can select the employees previous payslip, View it, then Clone it.
