Is it possible to have Earnings rate fixed for each employee. So you only have to chose Qty for worked hours?

Have you tried under Settings - Recurring Payslips
Yes I tried that, But I might be misunderstanding the way Recurring Payslips work.
We have a few employees all with different hourly salary. And no weak has the same hours pr. employee
Ok, then after you have created the Employee’s first payslip you can then use the Clone feature.
Click View next to the last payslip for that Employee and then click Clone
