Calculations in Custom fiels and thier calculated result in Qty or other Fields
Is it possible or not.
If yes how.
And if no, will it be available in future or not.

I do not believe this is currently possible.
You can type a calculation (using fixed numbers not variables) in a number field and it is evaluated.
You can perform calculations in custom themes and display the result in the theme.
You can’t do calculations using variables which are then entered back into Manager
Two types of calculations are possible, as @Patch wrote.
For calculations upon entry into a number field, see Perform calculations in number fields | Manager.
For calculations in custom themes, see https://www.manager.io/guides/17115. But results of such calculations appear where you place them in the theme. They are not entered into or stored as part of the transaction itself. In other words, they are part of the display, not part of the accounting record.
Is that possible someone create a video for calculations in custom field.
What would that show that the Guides do not? I notice that you have not followed the links to the Guides already posted.
