Are there any Features for Fuel Station PumpMeter Reading?

I have to things to ask.

1.is there an easy way to record PumpMeter/Totalizer Reading for Fuel Pump Sales using **to Z reading or Opening to Closing reading. (Auto Calculate and Lookup reading for Opening Reading)
Opening Reading: 1000 Ltrs
Closing Reading: 2554 Ltrs
Total Sales: 1554 Ltrs

2.Is it possible to record, in a single Invoice or Reciept, mutliple customer?
example:
Total Pump Sales: 1000 Ltrs
Reference#1
Cash Sales - 500 Ltrs
Customer A - 200 Ltrs
Customer B - 300 Ltrs

  1. You can only do inline calculations inside the Unit Price or Qty fields. But you can’t do cross field calculations.

  2. You can’t issue a single invoice for multiple customers. However, you can issue a single receipt from multiple customers. To do that you’ll have to set Received from field to Other and mention your customers in the lines, that’s provided you issued separate invoices for them.
    In case your receipt has sales in the lines, then you can’t.

That clears it up.

Just like billable time, We can have generate uninvoiced sales using inventory beg and end method. That can be forwarded and trace to invoice using ref#.
