Arabic Encoding Issue in XML (ZATCA Phase 2)

Hello,
I am facing an issue with the generated XML for e-invoicing.

Arabic text is not displayed correctly and appears as unreadable characters (encoding issue).

The issue affects:

• Registration Name

• Address

• City

Is there any setting or fix for proper Arabic (UTF-8) encoding in XML?
