Appimage does not work, crashes

I forgot to mention, the manager.sh script is here…

#!/bin/bash

SCRIPTPATH="$( cd -- "$(dirname "$0")" >/dev/null 2>&1 ; pwd -P )"
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${SCRIPTPATH} ${SCRIPTPATH}/Manager-linux-x64.AppImage

tar -xJf arch-gtk3-without-tracker… (whatever the file name is)
Put Manager-linux-x64.AppImage into the same folder as these files.

Then run “bash manager.sh”
