AppImage does not load business data

I have found references on the forum to this problem before, but cannot see a solution that works:

I have downloaded the Manager 22.3.74 Manager-x64.Appimage from Github; it opens in Manjaro 21.2 and I can install an existing business, but when I try to open the business Manager crashes. Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks for directing me to that solution, but when I run the CLI I get an error message:
error: ‘/var/cache/pacman/pkg/gtk3-1:3.24.30-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst’: could not find or read package.
When I look in /var/cache/pacman/pkg it is empty.
