Hello. I came across an issue when I tried to extract Payslip Earnings, Deduction, and Contribution item names and match them against UUIDs on the payslips. I was unable to retrieve those names. Similarly, I checked the Expense Claim payers list and the Control Accounts list (a workaround is that for Control accounts it could be fetched from the Chart of Accounts). From this, I concluded that lists or records created under settings are not available in API2.

There’s already an idea to extend API2 to include all tabulars views in Manager including Payslip Items.
In fact, the idea came about following the exact situation you are facing right now.
I didn’t notice its already in ideas and I hope it gets implemented soon.
