(Advanced Query - Where Reference is empty) not working

go to payments for example. create two payments, in one write something in the reference and in the other keep it empty.

now when you make an advanced query.

this shows the non empty one, but if you choose

it doesn’t show anything

EDIT: I was doing this to make Tick (Automatic Reference) using (Batch Recode) it kinda doesn’t work either. it ticks it, but I need to press edit and then (Update) on each one of them to make a new generated reference number actually appear

I cannot reproduce this issue.

Please provide more information like:

  1. Version and Edition of Manager

  2. Which tab you’re using Advanced Queries

  3. Screenshot demonstrating the existence of blank Reference entries

  4. Screenshot demonstrating that Advanced Queries for empty Reference not retrieving those entries from point (3)

I can replicate using Manager Server Edition (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) version 24.12.6.1968 and version 24.12.9.1973 (today’s) and thus put it into bugs (@Ealfardan what Edition and Version are you using? see:

I just installed the latest version and it does work
I was using 24.12.2.1965. But the new version 24.12.9.1973 works

But my second problem doesn’t work, the one I mentioned in the edit

Current cloud edition. However, I’m using Sales Invoices tab in my example, if that makes any difference
