i am paying adance to my employee but when goto payment select Advance to Employee Account there is no option to select name of employee as we see in payslip , how we can deduct employee advance in payslip automaticly

Select employees clearing account first and in the next cell you will receive the list of employees:
@Muhammad_Usman_Rana, you need to explain how you set up theAdvance to Employee account. You also need to explain whether and how you have created appropriate earnings and deduction payslip items.
I suspect you are trying to make payments from an ordinary account. And you may not be recording advances at all.
