How can I record advance payment ?
Is there a method to record each person in advance payment to be appeared as deduction from specific name in payroll slip ?

You can record the advance payment as a payment to the Employee Clearing account and the employee
for example
This will now show the advance as a asset in the Employee Clearing account
There is no need to show the advance on the payslip but when you make the payment for the payslip, then you deduct the advance and the employee clearing account will come back to zero
