Adding customs fields of inventory item to purchase quote request

Hi all
i have some custom fields in my inventory items
like brand and part number
how can i bring them in my purshace quote ( the form i create to send supplier for giving me quote)?

If you mark custom fields to be shown on printed documents, they will show on your purchase quotes too. However there is going to be new theming system in a few days which will make this much easier. So just wait for that.

i did check mark to show in print
but how to recall in the format to show in purshase request
