535 Error on email settings

Hi Since I updated to the latest version I can no longer send emails I have double checked and everything is correct but I am getting a 535 error Incorrect authorisation error

I have just noticed it doesn’t hold the password would this be part of the problem?

Hi I did check everything like I said it was working now its now, I am on Mac iOS Ventura 13.6.3 if that makes a difference because the iOS was updated recently also

You do not provide enough details to help you. It has nothing to do with Ventura. Explain what Manager version you updated from assuming you use Mac OS Desktop edition. Also ensure that username and password are correct. Changes in Manager SMTP last year in many cases required new saving of the password, so enter the credentials again and save before testing.

Also provide a screenshot of your SMTP settings, you may partially blank out sensitive information. SHIFT-CMD-4 allows you to select an area to make the screenshot from. Alway include as much of the screen as possible.
