Why New installation shows Loss Net profit

I am new to Manager IO

but My new installation shows loss in net profit.

example:
1.I create invoice for Logo design service
2.customer pay by cash
3. i go to invoice >>> new receipt
4. then service revenue add. but that 100 usd go to Retained Earnings and yet shows loss in net profit

i made a sale but yet loss

please help

Post the edit view of the sales invoice along with the receipt and the report that shows a net loss. Your screen shot shows 0.00.

I un-installed the software and installed back. Now it is working.
