Thanks for wonderful accounting software which is very very flexible to use. One short come I notice while preparing an INVOICE is that the grand total amount of the invoice does not come in words. You can at least provide a blank column for us to fill the amount in words manually.
This is quite unusual. I’ve never seen an invoice with total written in full.
There will be new field for custom text on invoice form soon so you might use it for this purpose.
I have also never seen any invoices with the value written out in words. Does this have a specific use, or is it common within a certain sector? I am intrigued!
in INDIA all our accounting software’s like TALLY, BUSY calculate the value and automatically bring the value into words,which is extra safe.
