Hi, can I please make a question for you? I find a lot of themes with similar question on the forum but I don’t want to open old themes. My question is: If I make a backup on the main window of the app, whether the software will back up the entire application or just that window tab? Regards!

Backups do not back up the application. They do not back up a screen. They back up the data file, including emails, attachments, and History, if desired.
Search the guides (which should always be your first option) for backup and you’ll have the answer. 
For a complete backup
- A backup from within Manager
- plus downloading your current version of the program from Download | Manager
- A copy of a compatible operating system
- A computer to run it on.
