Hi i use the online version of Manager. My challenge is when i back up i am not able to access the files when offline.
Please can you advise how i can back my online data up and access it later?

You will have to download the desktop version and them import the business from the backup file
Your desktop version will have to be the latest version or it will not be able to read the backup file
You must also realize no synchronization will occur between your cloud data and your desktop data. Running two versions of your accounts is very likely to lead to trouble.
