My accountant has reported an issue with Manager.
We’ve established that it appears Manager is not picking up the Journals when you run the VAT return.
I have backed up the live version and imported into the test current version.
Can you advise how I can troubleshoot this issue to determine if the problem is their not understanding something in manager or if this is an issue with VAT and Journals.
In your test business
Print the VAT report - you did not say which one was indicated as being incomplete
Create a journal entry with a VAT entry
Print the VAT report again and compare
If there is no difference, then ask you accountant what is the problem

I will have to email them. Your test worked in both live and current version. Not sure what the problem unless he should have selected tax purpose is a purchase adjustment as he has sale there.
