Further to the on going Manager development enabling customizing data retrieve for various purposes, will
it be possible to use power query such as MS excel add on extracting data directly manger file/s?

Yes, it will be possible to run custom report where you will be able to prepare data for Excel. Then in Excel, you will be able to use Power Query.
