In the latest version (26.5.10) I have removed Total amount in words checkbox from sales invoices.

I have decided Total amount in words is something that belongs to custom themes.
If you’ve been using this checkbox, I have externalized it into custom theme. The good news is that custom theme can be used on any printed document so even though there is no checkbox on sales invoices, you can have amount in words on any document now through custom theme (quotes, orders, receipts etc).
You can either make custom theme yourself or I have created custom theme which adds amount in words to your documents.
Go to:

Then click Custom Themes

Find the theme:

And click Install button

Now in sales invoice or any other document, select this custom theme:

Then you will see it on the printed document
