Dear @lubos is it possible to also Include Supplier for the Dropdown choices of Delivery note and please kindly Auto Generate the Address also when we select the Customer / supplier

Unfortunately, Manager doesn’t work that way.
But if we can understand your situation better, maybe we can find a solution that works in Manager.
Why do you want to deliver to a supplier? Is it a return purchase?
Like to Events Production we have items that we need to send out to our subcontractor and I input them under supplier.. they are the one in construction. Sometimes send out to Logistics Forwarder that we can’t put them under Customer right?
We are mostly moving items for production in the location of the events and usually the one who will received is our subcontractors like Material Samples, so better booth Customer & Supplier to put to make it easier for us to move around materials / item without registering again under Customer account.
Why not just create an Inventory Location for each subcontractor?
You can then simply transfer inventory to your subcontractor.

Tried it now but From & To should be on Top Left with at least carry out the address when clicking the company.
