What did you want to do with the photo when it has been added to the Manager database.
You can easily attach an image to a transaction Attach supporting documentation | Manager
or folder Organize attachments with folders | Manager
If you want it to show in a document the image needs to be available from a web address. See Add an image to a custom field | Manager
