Updating Localizations on Recent Update

Just updated to version 21.2.69 and wanted to check my localizatoins are up to date via:
Settings - Import - Country…

But as per the screen grabs below, the dropdown does not provide any country options. I am connected to the internet.

I have uninstalled and re-installed Manger, also have deleted my business and re-imported it, but still the issue is there.

Any advice?
