Unable to launch the application

I am trying this product for the first time. I have installed it in windows 8.1 and after installation I am unable to launch or open the application. I reinstalled it. Same result. Restarted the system still
The same. I am using windows 8.1 Pro

do you see any error message?
make sure your antivirus program is not blocking Manager.
