Furthermore, I just Quit Manager and restarted. But now there are no businesses showing and the Application Data folder has reverted to a place with no files in it. I’ve had to import a back up again.
Then change the Application Path to where the files are. The Application Path is only a pointer.
When you did the import backup, did the file retain the proper name or revert to the cryptic name.
I am unable to change the path - when I click “Change” and point to where the files are nothing happens. This was what happened yesterday.
If I point to a new folder, it tells me to move files from the existing folder to the new folder. If I close Manager and reopen then the application path is then correct again.
I used a back up file - after making a change to the file I see that the proper name is updated to a more recent time, whilst the cryptic version of the same file is unchanged.
I;m going to try and upgrade again now - will revert with results
Perhaps that is the sequence - Change - Close - Open
Perhaps - but it never used to be. I’ve installed the update now so this topic is now redundant I guess.
