Im currently working with desktop edition and downloaded the trial version of Cloud. I was able to import data from desktop but now I need to update my info on desktop version in order for both to have the same current info. How? Please help.
To import from Cloud to Desktop it’s the same process like the other way around.
Click Backup
button in cloud edition, then import downloaded business into desktop edition.
That didn’t work, that is what I did but I would get error. Data not readable.
Can you show the screenshot of the error you get?
