How do i import from cloud to desktop version?

Hi trying to import from cloud version to desktop ? please help

When you click to open your business. Next to the Business name there will be backup button on the right hand side. Click that and save the file to your desktop. Then in the desktop version when you click new business the is a drop down menu. Click import and select the file you just save to your desktop.

I am trying to import my cloud version to my desktop. All I can see on my screen is the business name, I don’t get a “backup” button at all.

Any ideas?

Are you a restricted user? Only administrators can download the backup file from the cloud.
