Transaction Journals not activated to Users Why?

Kindly open the Transaction Journals to be accessible to all users because they are the ones showing the Credit and Debit as per the sales Invoice made or Payment made or Journal entry made.
As Users, we print the Transaction Journals and put them on file for Auditors ask for those evidences.

The Auditors want to see the Journal of all entries in the system. This has been okay previously because it has been accesible by all users to be able to print these journals whether for sales or payments and this was very okay because it would be very easy for each user to print his/her journal and put it on file for auditors to see. It is only the journal that shows the Debit and Credit which is key in every entry for verification of transactions.

Kindly activate Users to run or print the Transaction Journals.
The Administrator should not suffer printing the Transactionjournals posted by all users on the system

Try to get the data from the Summary tab - Transaction button at the bottom left.
Display all columns. You will obtain all the data in journal form. It is not exactly the same as a journal because account names may appear in different column positions, but it is sufficient to be understood and re‑processed by an auditor.

Agree. Why is it deactivate? It helps our clerk to certain their entry is correct in every single transaction. But now, they can’t, especially for whom use “-“ in some . @lubos

Ah, I just realized that what was being asked is the button to display the journal for each single transaction. I agree that this should be brought back.

It is the button that displays the journal for each single transaction so that you can see the accounts credited and debited. It is very necessary because it is very important and printed every time we post a sales invoice or payment or any entry to the system. A journal is mandatory. It is better to be enabled for printing by all users, not only the system administrator.

Yes that is what I am talking about. It is not working for other Users except the Adminstrator. We need it activated for all Users. Because the Adminstator can not be printing Transaction Journals for all the users on the system.

FOLLOWING this up also.

I wish it was given the first priority because Users are having very many Transaction Journals to print since 3 days back, That is alot of work that Manager.io is keeping pending on us as clients.
There is no proper accounting without printing the journals and attach our backups on the journals.
Please let all Users be enabled to access that batton and print. It is just seen down there but when a none adminstror clicks on it, It does not allow him to see that journal. It will ask him to consult with the Administrator to elevate his rights. Something that is not good at all on a journal entry.

That is the exact challenge.
I am surprised that Manager.io staff are silent on this complaint!!!
So what do we do as Users of the System?
